Children’s rights
As a child protection charity in Scotland, the service takes a rights-based approach to all aspects of its work by upholding and promoting the rights of all children as set out in the United Nations Convention for the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
As part of their commitment to the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014, all staff have completed the Scottish Government’s Child Rights and Wellbeing Impact Assessment (CRWIA) training.
